a student not in my class participate in the assessment?
A. Yes, just add him/her to your class list. |
Q. How many times does a teacher need to
register at www.indianawebacademy.org/certification.asp?
A. Just once. You may create as many classes
as you want under one account. |
Q. Is it ok to let someone else use my username
and password?
A. No! It is crucial that you keep this information private. |
Q. Who will see the results?
A. The teacher who registered to give the assessment
and Indiana Web Academy. |
Q. Can
I set up my classes weeks or months before the students take
the assessment?
A. Yes! Teachers may set up classes and students anytime--it
is recommended that you do so early in the semester. |
Q. What student information
does the teacher need to set up the assessment?
A. The student's first name, last name, and STN (Student Test
Number). |
Q. Can
teachers participate in the assessment?
A. No, for the same reasons teachers do not take the ISTEP
and SAT. |
Q. How important is it that I input the IDOE
issued Student Test Number for each student?
A. It is crucial that you use the numbers issued
by IDOE. If you do not use these numbers the results for your
students may not be retrievable. |
